Valatoa.com (“we” or “us” or “our”) respects the privacy of our users (“user” or “you”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website www.Valatoa.com, including any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related or connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). Valatoa´s Use of Data, Personally Identifiable Information

    • Send to a Valatoa Advisor (sometimes referred to a Valatoa Investor). Our Valatoa Advisors are third party companies that have each agreed to keep your data confidential. Typically your Valatoa Advisor will be the company through which you accessed the Valatoa software and questionnaires.

    • Assist law enforcement and respond to subpoena.

    • Compile anonymous statistical data and analysis for use internally or with third parties.

    • Deliver targeted advertising, coupons, newsletters, and other information regarding promotions and the Site to you.

    • Email you regarding your account.

    • Fulfill and manage purchases, orders, payments, and other transactions related to the Site.

    • Generate a personal profile about you to make future visits to the Site more personalized

    • Increase the efficiency and operation of the Site.

    • Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve your experience with the Site.

  • Valatoa may also track, compile, and analyze business information and/or non-identifying information; and this analytics information, as well as aggregated usage and other aggregated data, and volume analytics, use and similar statistical information, from and about our users is the property of Valatoa and as such may be used by Valatoa and/or provided to third parties by Valatoa without use of the personally identifiable information.

  • The right to request that The Valatoa Questionnaire corrects your personal data if inaccurate or out of date.

  • The right to request that your personal data is deleted when it is no longer necessary for The Valatoa Questionnaire to retain such data.

  • The right to withdraw any consent to personal data processing at any time. For example, your consent to receive e-marketing communications.

  • If you want to withdraw your consent to e-marketing, please make use of the link to manage your subscriptions included in our communication. Please note that you may still receive system messages and administrative communications from The Valatoa Questionnaire, such as order confirmations, system messages and notifications about your account activities.

  • The right to request that The Valatoa Questionnaire provides you with your personal data and, if possible, to pass on this information directly (in a portable format) to another data controller when the processing is based on consent or contract.
