Overview (“we” or “us” or “our”) respects the privacy of our users (“user” or “you”). Personal and Derivative Data

Personally identifiable information, such as your name, email address, and telephone number, and business name and business information such as revenue and profit information and demographic information, such as your age, that you voluntarily give to us when you register with the Site or when you choose to complete a questionnaire or in various activities related to the Site, such as online chat and message boards. You are under no obligation to provide us with personal information of any kind, however your refusal to do so may prevent you from using certain features of the Site.

Information our servers automatically collect when you access the Site, such as your IP address, your browser type, your operating system, your access times, and the pages you have viewed directly before and after accessing the Site.

Where you provide Valatoa any personally identifiable information, business information, or other non-personally identifiable information, you are representing and warranting that you have the right and authority to provide such information.

Financial Data

Financial information, such as data related to your payment method (e.g. valid credit card number, card brand, expiration date) that we may collect when you purchase, order, return, exchange, or request information about our services from the Site. We store only very limited, if any, financial information that we collect. Otherwise, all financial information is stored by our payment processor, Wix

Valatoa´s Use of Data, Personally Identifiable Information

    • Send to a Valatoa Advisor (sometimes referred to a Valatoa Investor). Our Valatoa Advisors are third party companies that have each agreed to keep your data confidential. Typically your Valatoa Advisor will be the company through which you accessed the Valatoa software and questionnaires.

    • Assist law enforcement and respond to subpoena.

    • Compile anonymous statistical data and analysis for use internally or with third parties.

    • Deliver targeted advertising, coupons, newsletters, and other information regarding promotions and the Site to you.

    • Email you regarding your account.

    • Fulfill and manage purchases, orders, payments, and other transactions related to the Site.

    • Generate a personal profile about you to make future visits to the Site more personalized

    • Increase the efficiency and operation of the Site.

    • Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve your experience with the Site.

All Other Data
  • Valatoa may also track, compile, and analyze business information and/or non-identifying information; and this analytics information, as well as aggregated usage and other aggregated data, and volume analytics, use and similar statistical information, from and about our users is the property of Valatoa and as such may be used by Valatoa and/or provided to third parties by Valatoa without use of the personally identifiable information.

We are not responsible for the actions of third parties with whom you share personal or sensitive data, and we have no authority to manage or control third-party solicitations.  If you no longer wish to receive correspondence, emails or other communications from third parties, you are responsible for contacting the third party directly.

As a result, while we undertake commercially reasonable efforts to protect your personally identifiable information, we cannot guarantee the security of our servers, the means by which information is transmitted between your computer and our servers, or any information provided to us or to any third party through or in connection with the Sites. If your personal data was ever compromised. (Either by human/system error or malicious activity) We will make all reasonable efforts to confirm the breach, contain the breach, assess risks and impact, and then report the breach to affected individuals and relevant governing authorities (if appropriate). We will communicate what was compromised, when, our analysis of how it was compromised, the impact, and any steps we have taken to mitigate this in the future.

At your request, where the law requires us to do so, Valatoa will confirm what personal information we have about you, update your information, remove your information, and/or correct any inaccuracies in such personal information. We will make every concerted effort to respond to your request in a timely manner.

  • The right to request a copy of your personal data that The Valatoa Questionnaire holds about you.

  • The right to request that The Valatoa Questionnaire corrects your personal data if inaccurate or out of date.

  • The right to request that your personal data is deleted when it is no longer necessary for The Valatoa Questionnaire to retain such data.

  • The right to withdraw any consent to personal data processing at any time. For example, your consent to receive e-marketing communications.

  • If you want to withdraw your consent to e-marketing, please make use of the link to manage your subscriptions included in our communication. Please note that you may still receive system messages and administrative communications from The Valatoa Questionnaire, such as order confirmations, system messages and notifications about your account activities.

  • The right to request that The Valatoa Questionnaire provides you with your personal data and, if possible, to pass on this information directly (in a portable format) to another data controller when the processing is based on consent or contract.

  • The right to request a restriction on further data processing, in case there is a dispute in relation to the accuracy or processing of your personal data.
